Polish Sausage Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 to five potatoes
  • 1 pound polish sausage (ham if you like ham)
  • 1 to two cups instant potato spuds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to three stalks celery
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp chives
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • Salt and white pepper


Instruction:

  1. Peel the potatoes and remove chunks and wash. 
  2. place the potatoes into a cooking pan and add the milk and cream and many of butter. 
  3. Salt and pepper the milk potato mixture. 
  4. Meanwhile, chop the onion and celery and sauté during a frying pan till tender. 
  5. Add the onion and celery to the potato mixture and stir. 
  6. slash the polish sausage into one in. chunks and raise soup. 
  7. Season the soup with the thyme and chives. 
  8. Some folks like mistreatment flour as a stuff for his or her potato soup; we tend to used boxed instant potatoes to thicken our soup as a result of we tend to had most of it. 
  9. One cup is perhaps enough however add additional if it's too skinny. 
  10. If you've got an excessive amount of instant potato in it, simply skinny it out with additional milk.
